The products for sale on www.asanamask.com (hereinafter the "site") are sold and invoiced by weee s.r.l., with registered office in Via Camperio, 14 - 20123 Milan (MI), a company registered at the c.c.i.a.a of Milan at no. rea 2093209 of the register of companies, tax code p. VAT n. 09,483,850,963.

general conditions of Sale
acceptance of the general conditions of sale and conclusion of the contract
1.1 the contract between weee s.r.l. (hereinafter "weee") and the customer (ie the individual, a natural person who makes the purchase on the site, not referable to his own commercial, business or professional activity) must be considered concluded with the acceptance, even partial, of the order from weee. in case of non-acceptance of the order, weee will promptly notify the customer in any case.
1.2 by placing an order in the various ways provided, according to the order form on the site (hereinafter the "order"), the customer declares to have read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure and to accept these general conditions in full (hereinafter the "conditions").
1.3 these conditions can be printed or saved on a durable medium, in compliance with the provisions of art. 12 of Legislative Decree 70/2003 and art. 51 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014.
1.4 weee will refund the customer for the full amount paid, net of shipping costs and any customs duties paid for the import, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of cancellation, transferring the amount charged, with the same payment method used by the customer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed. in any case, the customer will not have to bear any expenses incurred as a result of this refund. weee can withhold the refund until the returned product is received.
how to purchase
2.1 the products offered for sale by weee are only those present on the weee website at the time of placing the order, as described in the relative information sheets.
2.2. in any case, it is understood that the images accompanying the description of a product are for information purposes only and may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics but may differ, for example. by color and size (also due to the browser and monitor used for accessing the site and viewing the images).
2.3 to place an order, the customer must complete the relevant form on the site in its entirety and send the same after carefully viewing the conditions, as well as the characteristics of the product and / or products it intends to purchase. the customer must also request weee, if you wish, the issue of the tax invoice relating to the purchase, pursuant to art. 22 d.p.r. n. 633 / 02.04.1972. the correct receipt of the order is confirmed by weee by means of an e-mail reply sent to the e-mail address communicated by the customer. this confirmation message will summarize the purchase conditions, as required by the applicable legislation, as well as the data entered in the order by the customer, so that the same can verify the same and possibly communicate without delay the necessary corrections of incorrect data.
prices and payment methods
3.1. the prices indicated on the site are to be considered inclusive of taxes and VAT. any shipping costs or payment costs are in any case communicated in advance to the customer through the website or these conditions.
3.2 the following payment methods are provided:
paypal: for payment, the customer can use the paypal circuit according to the specific methods of the same.
credit card: in case of purchase of goods with credit card payment method, the transaction can take place through the secure paypal server or other secure server chosen by weee.
apple Pay: is a payment tool created by Apple Inc. that allows you to make contactless payments using an iPhone 6 (and above) or an Apple Watch (of any generation) Mac and iPad Air 2 and above.
google Pay: is the digital wallet open to all devices designed by Google to group the user's credit and debit cards into a single application.
in no case and in any phase of the payment will weee be able to know the information relating to the customer's credit card, transmitted via secure connection directly to the website of the banking institution that manages the transaction. no weee computer archive will keep this data and therefore in no case weee can be held responsible for any fraudulent and undue use of credit cards by third parties at the time of payment.
delivery of products and related costs
4.1 the purchased products will be shipped to the address indicated by the customer in the order within 24 - 48 hours from the acceptance of the order by weee, at the cost indicated specifically on the site before sending the order. weee reserves the right to accept or not deliveries requested outside the Italian or European borders. in any case, for deliveries to be made outside the Italian borders, shipping costs and delivery times may vary.
4.2 with regard to deliveries requested in countries not belonging to the European Union, any customs import charges will be borne by the recipient. the customer is therefore invited to contact the customs authorities of his country in advance to check the costs and any import limits.
4.3 the delivery times indicated by weee must be considered as purely indicative and a delay with respect to them, or any delivery made with subsequent split shipments does not legitimize the customer to refuse the delivery itself and to request compensation or compensation.
4.4 upon delivery of the products, the customer is required to check:
that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document.
that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or in any way altered, even in the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps).
any damage to the packaging and / or to the product or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications must be immediately detected by placing a specific indication on the product delivery document to be returned to the courier.
any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 7 days of delivery, according to the methods provided in this document.
right of withdrawal
5.1 pursuant to art. 52 of d. lgs. 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, the customer may withdraw from the conditions and therefore from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to state reasons and without any penalty, within 14 (fourteen) working days from date of receipt of the products.
5.2 to exercise the right of withdrawal referred to in article 5.1 above, the customer must send a notice to this effect to weee, within the time indicated, to the following email address email@example.com, and use the appropriate form on the site.
registered users will be able to access the "returns" section of their user dashboard and manage return requests.
5.3 in case of withdrawal, the customer must send the products back to weee within 14 (fourteen) days of the withdrawal:

the goods must be returned intact, complete with all its parts and in the original packaging (envelopes and packs), kept and possibly used for the time strictly necessary to establish and verify their nature, characteristics and size, according to normal diligence, without are signs of wear or dirt, in compliance with the following conditions:
the right of withdrawal may apply to the product purchased in its entirety; in fact, it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the product purchased (e.g. accessories, accessories, etc ...);
for the withdrawal to be possible, the product must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: labels, tags, tags, seals, etc ...).
5.4 weee will refund the customer the full amount already paid, net of any additional shipping costs pursuant to art. 56, paragraph 2, of the d. lgs. 21/14), within 14 (fourteen) days of withdrawal, by reversing the amount charged, using the same means of payment used by the customer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed. in any case, the customer will not bear any costs as a consequence of said refund. weee will be able to suspend the refund until receipt of the returned product or until the customer proves that he has correctly returned the product, if previous.
5.5 in any case, the customer will forfeit the right of withdrawal in cases where weee ascertains that:
the returned product and / or its accessories, and / or its packaging are not intact
the product is missing its external packaging and / or the original internal packaging
the product is missing elements integrating it and / or accessories
in the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, weee will return the purchased product to the sender, charging the shipping costs and, if already refunded, the price of the product.
6.1 all products sold by weee are covered by a 24 (twenty-four) month warranty for lack of conformity, pursuant to title iii of the legislative decree. 206/2005. to benefit from the warranty assistance, the customer must keep the invoice, or the payment receipt, together with the transport document.
6.2 the warranty for defects of conformity will apply provided that the relative product has been used correctly, in compliance with its intended use and as provided in the instructions for use and washing present in and / or with the product.
6.3 in the event that, for any reason, weee is unable to return the product to the customer under warranty (restored or replaced), or if the repair or replacement were too expensive, also due to the value of the product, weee may proceed to the appropriate reduction of the price paid, that is, the refund of the entire amount paid with termination of the contract.
6.4 in cases where the application of the guarantees provides for the return of the product, the same must be returned by the customer in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment).
complaints and request for information

8.1 the personal data collected with the forwarding of the order will be processed by weee for the sole purpose of satisfying the express requests of the customer, in compliance with the eu regulation 2016/679 and the privacy information on the site. any further treatments will be carried out only with the express consent of the customer.
9.1 the sales contract referred to in these conditions and their execution is governed by Italian law, with the disapplication of the conflict-of-law rules and the United Nations convention for the international sale of goods. for the resolution of the relative disputes the court of the municipality of residence of the customer will be competent.
